Where are Ocean Spa Covers located?

Ocean Spa Covers is located in the beautiful valley of Knoxville, TN. 310 Simmons Rd Suite M Knoxville, TN 37922. Find us next to turkey creek behind the Pure Magic Car wash and BMW dealership. If you need any assistance with directions please give us a call at 865-671-6500.

Do you manufacture replacement covers in-house?

Yes, we manufacture all of our hot tub covers and swim spa cover in our warehouse facility in Knoxville, TN. Feel free to visit Ocean Spa Covers at our manufacturing facility before placing your order.

Can I collect my new covers from your factory?

Yes, all of our customers are encouraged to pick up their cover from our facility. If you are not able to collect orders, Ocean Spa Covers can arrange a carrier service. There will be an additional cost for door-to-door shipping and will be added to your overall total order.

Do you deliver to all states?

Yes, Ocean Spa Covers delivers all over the USA. Although shipping cost may vary depending on location.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between 2-3 days after it has left our facility all depending upon the location of the customers home.

Do you have a showroom to view covers?

We are currently in process of creating a showroom, but customers are welcome to come in and view our process and warehouse in production.

I have a bulk order, can you service commercial businesses?

Yes indeed. For more information on commercial hot tub or swim spa cover bulk orders, please contact our office directly. Bob and Shan lead all commercial orders and recurring accounts.

How long does your standard warranty last?

Our warranty is limited to only on the craftsmanship of the cover and covering all stitching. Seeing as how all covers are different, usually, we must look over each cover that may be defective or have an issue with. From there Bob or Shan can help provide additional information on if the issue is coverable or not. Visit our warranty page for more information.

My straps have broken, can I order replacement straps?

Yes, you can order replacement straps, although they would possibly differ in length as the straps are sewn into the cover. Replacement cover straps are essentially just an extension. Customers are more than welcome to bring the cover to our facility. Ocean Spa Covers can then have our professional seamstresses prepare and complete the necessary work.

Can you install new covers locally in Knoxville?

Ocean Spa Covers provide installation services to all our customers based locally in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. Installation of hot tub covers, swim spa covers and bespoke custom cut orders are priced at an additional charge. Please contact our office for more information and a detailed quote.
